Pure rock salt meets highly aromatic fermented garlic.
Fermented garlic brings an intense sweetness without being spicy. It has, quite simply, its very own aroma.
The perfect finish on crudités, fish and even on top of pasta.
Since our pure rock salt contains no flow enhancers, it may be prone to lumping. But we are willing to take this risk to produce a pure salt.
Just shake the jar a little, stir it with a spoon and enjoy.
