Spice preparation for herb butter
Be honest: Are you one of those who can’t do a barbecue without herb butter? It’s an absolute must on our table! And herb butter must blow you away from the very first try. It’s okay to become addicted.
Therefore, our herb butter went through a tough school which proved worthwhile: Wild garlic and chives were complemented by nettles and birch, a strong base for a hearty flavour. Mustard seeds and blue fenugreek create a tangy surprise and the elderflower softens it all with a hint of sweetness.
Enjoy every single bite as much as we do!
How to:
How best to add the wild herbs to make herbal butter? It’s as easy as 1-2-3:
Take 4-5 teaspoons for 250 grammes of butter. Let the butter reach room temperature and gently stir in the wild herbs – and presto, it’s ready to enjoy!
Small tip: Prepare the butter a day before and store in a safe place where you can’t get to it (!). The butter tastes even better once it has embraced all the herbs.
